Built in 2002, the Legacy Village Apartments offer a variety of floor plans and options. Whether it is the 800 square foot one bedroom/one bath, or our 1,270 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, whatever your needs, Legacy Village can accommodate.

Each home is trimmed with professionally manicured landscaping, with a patio or balcony that can be personalized with outdoor furniture, plants, flowers, making it distinctive for each resident.

All homes have wireless capability for high speed internet and T1 fiber optic to suite any computer technology. Service provided through Bellsouth phone service or Comcast cable. Contact leasing office for installer information at 615-384-7710.

White appliances: stove, refrigerator w/ ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and microwave are provided in each home. White or oak cabinetry, neutral colored walls and floors meet everyone’s preferences and personal décor. A ceiling fan in the living room adds to the comfort level of each home.

Utilities: Trash disposal is included in the monthly rental. Homes are all electric. No gas charges. Residents are responsible for payment of their electric, water and sewer. These charges are mailed to the resident once a month, all on one bill, payable to the City of Springfield.

Parking: The parking lot offers ample spaces, each one numbered and assigned to a specific resident.

Car Wash: A car wash bay is located on the property for the residents. It is available 24 hours a day at no charge.

School Zoning: Kindergarten through sixth grade attends Krisle Elementary. Seventh and eighth grade attend Springfield Middle School. Ninth through twelfth grade attend Springfield High School. Private Schools: South Haven.

Location: The Legacy Village is located within three miles of dining establishments NorthCrest Medical Center, YMCA, Wal-Mart, Kroger, The Legacy Golf Course, and the Robertson County Times.
