The Legacy Village Apartments offer a variety of floor plans and options. Whether it is the 800 square foot one bedroom/one bath, or our 1,270 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, whatever your needs, Legacy Village can accommodate.
The Club House
When residents and visitors enter the doors of the Legacy Village Club House, they are welcomed by the words, “Life is a journey and only you hold the map.” The stacked stone fireplace located in the center of the room, allows residents to enjoy the ambiance of the hearth from any direction. Flat screen televisions are located next to the fireplace and create a real life living room for residents to enjoy.
The Club House is equipped with a full amenities kitchen, and can be reserved for personal use, birthday parties, baby showers, business meetings and much more.
The Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is accessible to all residents 24 hours a day. A Nordic track, treadmill, elliptical and other machinery offer residents a way to keep in shape at no extra cost.
The Pool
Adjacent to the Club House, is the patio, complete with furniture, ceiling fans, seasonal flowers and ferns. The patio leads to the sparkling swimming pool. Lounge chairs line the pool area. The pristine water resonates tones of bright blue and the feeling of summer. A black iron fence surrounds the pool with style.
The Playground
From the pool, parents can watch their children at the adjacent playground. A combination of festive green, blue and yellow, the playground offers children a place to run, climb and play, while offering parents a place to rest assured their children are happy and safe.
